Individual members of 

If you are interested in becoming an Individual Member of one of the mentioned Organizations, please follow the links above.

Please note that as an Individual Member of one of the listed associations, you can take advantage of the attractive Member Conference fee, as well as all benefits of being a member of the organizations.

 

*2) Definition for the ticket category „Students“:

In the view of the definition for the tickets for PCE2026 Students are individuals who, at the time of the congress, are enrolled at a state-recognised university or higher education institution in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme (Bachelor, Master, Diploma, or PhD).

A valid student ID or current enrolment certificate must be presented if requested and at check-in.

The student rate does not apply to participants in professional training or continuing education programmes, such as:

  • Psychotherapists in training

  • Participants of postgraduate training institutes or advanced qualification programmes

  • Individuals attending continuing education or certificate courses

Registration Terms and Conditions

Confirmation
The official confirmation of registration will be sent to the participant by email after the ticket purchase has been completed. An invoice for those who pay by third parties will be sent to you automatically within the next few weeks to your e-mailadress.  There is no need for you to request it.

Cancellation of participation

(written request by email required to info@pce2026.com)

Registered participants who are unable to attend and have to cancel their registration, have to pay 

  • 25% of the amount by cancelling before 31 Dec 2025 
  • 50% of the amount by cancelling before 31 March 2026 
  • 75% of the amount by cancelling before 31 May 2026 
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after 1.June 2026.  

 All refunds will be processed after the conference. 

Main Conference

What you may expect…

  • Access to the 4 days of the main conference (8-11 July) at Maternushaus Cologne
  • Opening and Closing sessions with lectures, dialogue, enocountering, ceremonies and performance
  • Talks, Symposia, Lectures, Encounter, Experiential & Creative Workshops
  • Social gathering after the opening and during the poster session
  • Social offers at the evenings
  • Access to full Online Conference in the online conference program at the Oxford Abstracts platform: Full instantly updated program, all abstracts, poster gallery, social exchange, access to online material
  • Video recordings of main keynotes in the online conference program
  • Coffee, tea and cookie breaks in the morning and afternoon, as well as water during all days
  • Stand-up dinner and come together at the evening of Wednesday and Lunch buffet from Thursday to Saturday
  • The main conference ends with a party dinner on Saturday evening (separate booking required)
